Center for Spinal Cord Injury

A one-stop site for care serves more than 1,000 people in the Charleston area. Navigating the medical system with a spinal cord injury can be diffiuclt, and patients find a fragmented system does not always have the experience or right equipement to care for their unique needs. The Center is open the third Friday of every month on the 6th floor of Roper Hospital, 316 Calhoun Street in Charleston.
